Research focus
Professor William Price’s main two current foci in research are (i) wastewater treatment processes and the analysis and removal of contaminants such as pharmaceuticals and their by products /metabolities; (ii) Health benefits of phytochemicals in food. A current project has been looking at anthocyanins in fruit and vegetables.
