Research focus

Associate Professor Bruce Ashford’s primary area of research interest is in high risk and metastatic skin cancers. He is interested in understanding the genomic and transcriptomic events that predispose to recurrence, perineurial invasion and metastasis in cutaneous SCC. His research activity stems directly from his clinical role as a Head & Neck Surgeon.
