The aim of this study is to determine the short-to-medium term effect of fruit anthocyanin supplementation, provided through consumption of the high anthocyanin Queen Garnet Plum Juice (QGPJ) by older adults.

The primary outcome measure will be blood pressure and improved memory and cognition.

The secondary outcome measures will include insulin sensitivity, markers of inflammation (TNF-alpha, MCP-1), and nutritional status.
