The Executive Management Team understands that everyone is different, and we value the perspectives and life experiences that all of our researchers and staff bring to the workplace.
Our desire is for all researchers and staff to reach their full potential, and to feel they can be themselves regardless of their gender, disability, cultural background, sexual orientation or gender identity.
We have established an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee to help promote an internal culture of respect, equality and openness, and to provide an avenue for our researchers and staff to provide suggestions and feedback on EDI matters.

The IHMRI Executive Management Team would like to thank all researchers and staff who expressed interest in being on IHMRI’s new Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee.
There was an enthusiastic response to the expression of interest process, and we are delighted to announce that the following people will be representatives for the next two years.
